Susan Hrib
CEO and Founder

As CEO and Founder of Signum Group, Susan Hrib oversees corporate strategy and guides the development of the SignumWay™ suite of implementation and business process management tools. 

Susan is a world authority on effective enterprise asset management system deployment and strategy. Throughout her career she has provided  executive consulting leadership to clients in the implementation, management, and integration of maintenance and asset management applications.
Under Susan’s leadership Signum Group has grown into a leading integrator of Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle eAM. Since its founding in 1994, Signum Group has provided services to clients including, among others, the US Air Force, Nextel Corporation, GE Power Systems, Sherwin Williams, and Sunoco.

In 2007 The Carter Center named Susan to its Board of Councilors. She also presently serves as an advisory board member for the Women’s Leadership Exchange. Susan earned a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science and Russian and an M.A. in Statistics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Michael Desabris
COO

As COO, Michael Desabris co-leads the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans that focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability. He is accountable for all project delivery and resource management activities while supporting sales, marketing and long term client relationships.

Mr. Desabris has over twenty-five years of combined enterprise asset management (EAM) experience comprised of consulting leadership for large and small consulting firms, and maintenance and engineering for PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. Prior to joining Signum Group, Mr. Desabris spent twelve years in the EAM consulting business building and leading various consulting practices for: Management Resources Group, Vesta Partners, BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting, and Gilbane Building Company. While at BearingPoint, he built and led the Global EAM practice that delivered, Oracle, Maximo, SAP and reliability solutions to fortune 500 clients. During his tenure Mr. Desabris has consulted internationally in the energy, manufacturing, natural resources, life sciences, manufacturing and transportation industries, as well as state and local government agencies.

Mr. Desabris has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven, New Haven Connecticut, and is CMRP and an executive member of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.

Jeffrey Collins
CTO/Vice President of Engineering

Jeffrey is responsible for strategy and development of Signum Group’s technology-based products and services.  An information technology professional with more than 20 years of experience, Jeffrey has worked in a variety of industries on strategic corporate initiatives, leveraging people and technology to maximize return on IT investment.

Prior to Signum Group, Jeffrey most recently worked with major corporations in Australia, Europe, and North America to plan, design, and implement enterprise modernization and SOA transformation initiatives using standards-based canonical data model architectures.  He has provided consulting services to a variety of organizations, including Oracle, IBM, Progress, Cisco Systems, American Airlines, EMC, Oak Ridge National Laboratories, General Dynamics, Sallie Mae, and AT&T / BellSouth.

He also served honorably in the U.S. Navy for 8 years, specializing in electronics warfare, cryptology, and software development.
