Job description: in Oracle eAM Consulting A senior level consultant who possesses the following: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite—specifically a strong understanding of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) 11i (R12 a plus) and the integration points with Oracle Inventory, Procurement, i-Procurement and Quality. Also, demonstrated experience in professional consulting including at least 3 client-facing engagements requiring onsite delivery where regular travel to a client site was required. Additionally experience through at least 3 full project lifecycles, and experience with at least 1 large project implementation is desired.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with hands-on delivery/configuration of fully integrated Oracle enterprise asset management (eAM) and work management solutions
- Strong knowledge of maintenance functions in any of a variety of industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil and gas, transportation, and facilities
- Ability to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Oracle 11i application solutions including providing guidance for design alternatives
- Experience in improving operational metrics, business case development, performance measurements, and establishing expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project, budget and timetable
- Proven accomplishments in the identification and/or development of business processes, key performance indicators, user and data requirements, and conversion to functional system requirements, related architecture documents, and system specifications
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients in a project team environment including ability to facilitate client meetings
- Understanding of the Oracle AIM Process including BR.100 document
- Oversee and facilitate the work of others (Developers and other analysts) in support of the project execution process
- Recognizing and advising management of potential problems and opportunities for follow-on business
- Ability to lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) testing
- Troubleshoot issues in the use and functionality of the applications
- Recognizing and advising management of potential problems and opportunities for follow-on business
- Resolve and track Service Requests and escalated support calls
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and MS Visio
- eAM Certifications desired
- Experience with R12 eAM a plus
- Additional experience with Maximo, Datastream, Indus, or Avantis a plus
- Assisting in preparation of major sales proposals and perform other duties as directed by management
